The Legal Stuff
Legal & Participation Policy
• All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required for each
guest prior to the event. No exceptions.
• The host reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who fails to provide proper
identification or appears visibly intoxicated.
• This experience is intended as an educational tasting event, not an open bar service.
• Wine is served in structured tasting portions and responsible consumption is expected.
• The host is not responsible for any actions, injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from alcohol
consumption before, during, or after the tasting experience.
Cancellation Policy
Private Wine Experiences may be canceled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to advance wine purchasing and
preparation. Rescheduling may be offered at the host’s discretion in cases of emergency.
Property & Damage Responsibility
Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, glassware, or equipment
resulting from the wine experience. The booking guest assumes responsibility for all participants during
the event.
