What do Food, Wine & Rum all have in common? They are all blended together (well sort of) in Barbados for the Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival November 16 – 19, 2012.
This festival brings together epicurean superstars, celebrity chefs, wine & spirits experts for 4 days of wine, rum and culture from Barbados.
The festival begins Friday night and ends Monday, a perfect long weekend get-a-way before the holidays. Your weekend is full of cooking demonstrations, wine tasting, wine education, and not to be left out – rum tastings and tours of where the rum is made.
There are evening parties, wine pairing lunches and you get to choose what you want to participate in. Each event is a-la-carte, so tickets are sold to each individual event. You mix and match what you want to do during your stay. A little sun, sailing and some shopping with a few tasting and seminars in-between. A great way to get a head start on your holiday shopping!
