It’s spring time in the Hudson Valley and that means the Shawangunk Wine Trail is getting ready for their first event of the season ~ Pasta Primo Vino Saturday & Sunday April 14 & 15.
This event is a great way to introduce yourself to the wineries of the Hudson Valley. A one day ticket is $23.76 but for an additional $5 and change $28.27 you can get the two day ticket. Regardless of the ticket, you have the opportunity to visit all 12 wineries on the Shawangunk Wine Trail, receive a small tapas of pasta at each winery along with wine tastings.
The weather being what it’s been, it should be a nice weekend for winetasting. If you live locally and want to purchase your tickets to the event click here. Tickets at the door are $30. If you are traveling from out of town, Exclusive Wine Vacations is offering a weekend package starting at $399 and includes 2 nights lodging, 2 – 2 day tickets to the Pasta Primo Vino. Transportation is not included and you must purchase by Tuesday April 10, 2012.
